Programs for ages 8–16 focused on technique, coordination, fitness and confidence. Small-group coaching with protective gear and age-appropriate drills.

Overview

Our Youth Fundamentals course builds foundational boxing skills in a supportive environment: stance, basic punches, footwork, defensive movement, and partner drills. Emphasis on respect, discipline and injury prevention.

Curriculum highlights

Week 1–2

Basics: stance, jab, cross, balance drills and coordination games.

Week 3–5

Combination work, defensive slips, partner pad drills, and light bag technique.

Week 6+

Conditioning circuits, controlled sparring (optional), and confidence-building activities.

Coaching approach

We prioritise safety, proper progressions and fun. Sessions are planned with warm-up, skill block, partner drills and cooldown. Coaches hold WWCC and sport-specific qualifications.
