Why boxing for beginners?

Boxing combines cardio, strength and technical movement. Our beginner workouts focus on safety, posture, and repeatable drills to progress quickly without overwhelm.

Dynamic mobility, jump rope 3x1min, shoulder prep — perfect before skill work.

Classes are coach-led with personalised feedback. Progress markers are simple and tracked per session.
